Welcome to Ace Future Learning. These Terms & Conditions govern your enrollment in our training programs and your use of our website and services. By registering for any course or accessing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms.
1. Course Registration & Payment
Enrollment in any Ace Future Learning training program is considered confirmed only after:
- Successful completion of the registration process.
- Full payment of the applicable course fee before the scheduled course commencement date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Receipt of an official enrollment confirmation from Ace Future Learning via email.
Payments made through bank transfer, UPI, payment gateways, or other approved methods are subject to successful transaction verification before access to the course is provided.
If any payment is declined, reversed, or remains incomplete, Ace Future Learning reserves the right to suspend or cancel enrollment until the outstanding amount has been cleared.
2. Course Deliverables
Depending on the selected training program, participants may receive:
- Live instructor-led training
- Digital learning materials
- Practice questions and mock examinations
- Session recordings (where applicable)
- Hands-on labs or practical exercises (for eligible courses)
- Course completion certificate
- Exam guidance and mentor support (where included)
Professional development credits, Contact Hours, PDUs, or CPEs will be issued only after successful completion of the applicable course requirements and full payment of all outstanding fees.
3. Course Schedule Changes
Ace Future Learning reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, combine, or cancel any training program due to circumstances including but not limited to:
- Instructor unavailability
- Low enrollment
- Technical issues
- Public holidays
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Other unforeseen events beyond our reasonable control
In such cases, participants may choose to:
- Transfer their enrollment to a future batch, or
- Request a refund where applicable under our Refund Policy.
4. Participant Cancellation & Batch Rescheduling
If a participant is unable to attend a scheduled training program, a written request must be submitted to Ace Future Learning before the course begins.
Subject to availability and program policies:
- Batch transfers may be permitted for upcoming sessions.
- Administrative or rescheduling charges may apply.
- Refund eligibility will be determined according to the applicable refund policy.
- Failure to attend a scheduled batch without prior notification may result in forfeiture of course access.
Requests for rescheduling are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
5. Attendance & Certification
To maximize learning outcomes, participants are encouraged to attend all scheduled sessions.
Course completion certificates, Contact Hours, PDUs, CPEs, or similar learning credits (where applicable) will be issued only after participants have satisfied the attendance and completion requirements established for the respective program.
Ace Future Learning reserves the right to withhold certificates where mandatory participation requirements have not been fulfilled.
6. Certification Examination
Unless explicitly stated, course fees cover training services only and do not include certification examination fees payable to external certification bodies.
Certification exams are administered solely by their respective governing organizations, including but not limited to:
- PMI®
- ISACA®
- (ISC)²
- CompTIA®
- AWS
- Scrum Alliance®
- Scrum.org
- OffSec®
Ace Future Learning does not control certification exam schedules, examination policies, scoring methods, or certification decisions made by these organizations.
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials, presentations, recordings, assessments, documentation, graphics, videos, and educational content provided by Ace Future Learning remain the exclusive intellectual property of Ace Future Learning or its licensors.
Participants may not:
- Copy or reproduce course content.
- Share training materials with third parties.
- Record live sessions without written authorization.
- Upload course materials to public platforms.
- Sell, distribute, or commercially exploit any training content.
Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and appropriate legal action.
8. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior throughout all training sessions.
Ace Future Learning reserves the right to remove any participant who:
- Engages in disruptive behavior
- Harasses instructors or other participants
- Violates applicable laws
- Misuses learning resources
- Shares confidential course content without authorization
Such removal may occur without refund where appropriate.
9. Limitation of Liability
Ace Future Learning makes every effort to provide accurate, up-to-date, and high-quality training.
However, we do not guarantee:
- Successful certification exam results
- Employment or job placement
- Salary increases
- Professional promotions
- Business outcomes resulting from course completion
Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the participant for the applicable training program, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Privacy
Participant information is collected and processed in accordance with the Ace Future Learning Privacy Policy.
By enrolling in our courses, you consent to the collection and use of your information for training administration, communication, certification support, and related educational services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the location of Ace Future Learning’s registered office.
12. Changes to Terms
Ace Future Learning reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The latest version published on our website shall supersede all previous versions.
Participants are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
