2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once they have been activated, delivered, shared, processed, or scheduled:

  • Learning Management System (LMS) access
  • Digital course materials
  • Recorded training sessions
  • Practice tests and mock examinations
  • Self-paced learning modules
  • Downloadable study resources
  • Certification application assistance
  • Exam booking support
  • Exam vouchers purchased or issued
  • Corporate consulting services
  • Customized training programs
  • Administrative and processing fees
  • Third-party certification body fees
  • Payment gateway charges, bank charges, taxes, and currency conversion fees

Once any of these services have been utilized or delivered, they are considered consumed and are not eligible for a refund.

3. Live Training Cancellation & Refund

Before Training Begins

If a participant wishes to cancel before the scheduled batch start date, the request must be submitted in writing to our official support team.

Eligible refund requests may be considered after deducting applicable:

  • Administrative charges
  • Registration fees
  • Payment processing fees
  • Study material costs
  • Third-party expenses already incurred

Refund approval is subject to review by Ace Future Learning and is not automatic.

After Training Has Started

Once a learner has attended a live session, received access to course materials, LMS, recordings, or any learning resources, no refund will be provided.

4. Exam Voucher Policy

Exam vouchers are supplied through authorized certification partners and third-party vendors.

Voucher availability depends on:

  • Regional availability
  • Currency and country-specific pricing
  • Vendor inventory
  • Identity verification and compliance requirements

Ace Future Learning cannot be held responsible for delays caused by certification providers, vendors, technical issues, regional restrictions, or compliance reviews.

Candidates are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate registration information
  • Booking exams within voucher validity
  • Following certification body policies
  • Meeting identity verification requirements

Expired vouchers resulting from candidate delays are not eligible for replacement or refund.

5. Batch Rescheduling

Ace Future Learning reserves the right to:

  • Reschedule training batches
  • Modify class timings
  • Assign alternate instructors
  • Merge training batches
  • Conduct sessions online when necessary

Such changes may occur due to trainer availability, operational requirements, technical issues, minimum batch strength, or circumstances beyond our control.

Where applicable, learners may be offered:

  • Access to another batch
  • Alternative trainers
  • Recorded sessions
  • Extended course validity
  • Additional learner support

Batch rescheduling does not automatically qualify a participant for a refund.

6. Corporate Training

For corporate and enterprise training engagements:

  • Training dates are reserved in advance.
  • Trainers and resources are specifically allocated.
  • Customized content is developed based on organizational requirements.

Once resources have been committed, confirmed corporate bookings are generally non-cancellable.

Last-minute cancellations or rescheduling may result in additional administrative or operational charges.

Separate corporate agreements, where applicable, will take precedence over this policy.

7. Learner Responsibilities

Participants are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate registration details
  • Completing required documentation

Ace Future Learning shall not be responsible for delays resulting from incomplete information, missed communications, or participant non-cooperation.

Only communications made through Ace Future Learning’s official channels will be considered valid for support requests, cancellations, scheduling, and operational matters.

We are not responsible for delays arising from unofficial communication platforms or third-party intermediaries.

9. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

  • Identity fraud
  • Certification misconduct
  • Unauthorized sharing of course materials
  • Violations of certification body policies

Violation of these standards may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without refund.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of income, business opportunities, employment prospects, or professional advancement.
